Overview

SoCal Men's Clinic Virtual operates as a cash-pay, subscription-based telehealth practice. We do not bill insurance for any services. All fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis.

Subscription Plans

We offer three monthly subscription plans:

Each plan includes ongoing provider evaluation and management, necessary laboratory monitoring, follow-up care, individualized treatment planning, and board-certified MD oversight. Medications are not included and are not marked up by this practice.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis beginning on the date of enrollment. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You will be charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.

These are recurring medical service fees. Charges apply regardless of whether a prescription is issued during a given billing period.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash, checks, or insurance assignments.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, contact us at support@socalmensclinic.com before your next billing date.

Cancellations requested after a billing cycle has processed are not eligible for a refund for that cycle. Access to your plan continues through the end of the paid period.

Refund Policy

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has been processed. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 5 business days of the charge at support@socalmensclinic.com and we will review your account.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Medication Costs

Prescription and compounding pharmacy fees are separate from your subscription and are paid directly to the pharmacy. SoCal Men's Clinic Virtual does not mark up medication costs.

Insurance

We are an out-of-pocket practice and do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance. We do not provide superbills or insurance reimbursement documentation at this time.
