Do I need a medical evaluation before treatment?

Yes. All services begin with a medical evaluation. Treatment recommendations are made only when medically appropriate and based on your health history and lab findings. Evaluation does not guarantee treatment.

Are prescriptions provided automatically?

No. Prescriptions are issued only after clinical assessment and when medically appropriate. Treatment is never automatic.

Do you accept insurance?

We are a transparent, cash-pay clinic. This allows for greater privacy, streamlined care, and direct access to providers. Pricing is discussed upfront.

Is this an online pharmacy?

No. SoCal Men’s Clinic is a medical clinic providing evaluation and physician-directed care. Medications, when prescribed, are dispensed through licensed channels under medical supervision.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. We offer telehealth services throughout California as well as in-person appointments in San Diego.

How do I know if I have low testosterone?

Symptoms may include low energy, decreased libido, reduced performance, mood changes, and difficulty building muscle. Diagnosis requires laboratory testing and provider review — not symptoms alone.

Will testosterone therapy affect fertility?

Testosterone therapy may impact fertility. If fertility preservation is a priority, discuss this with your provider during your evaluation.

Is ED treatment discreet?

Yes. We prioritize private and confidential care for all patients. We are a cash-pay clinic with no insurance reporting.

Can I use telehealth for ED?

In many cases, yes. Telehealth evaluation may be appropriate depending on your medical history and provider assessment.

Is lab work required?

In most cases, yes. Lab testing helps determine whether treatment is appropriate and supports safe ongoing monitoring.
